Hi Sunny, the shop is called Sin Ming Roti Prata. It’s actually quite hard to find (but well worth the effort!!!). It’s one of several food shops at Block 24, #01-51 Sin Ming Road, Singapore 570024. It’s open every day from 0600-1900. Here is a MAP!
I think a piece of prata was about a dollar fifty. Definitely less than two dollars. AMAZING value!!! Bon appetit!!
